BOOKING TERMS

Cancellation policy: At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Moonflower Holistics reserves the right to change or cancel an appointment due to unforseen circumstances and will reschedule said appointment at an alternative and suitable date and time.

SERVICES

By booking and having a holistic treatment with Moonflower Holistics, you agree that:

  • A treatment is not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

  • Moonflower Holistics does not prescribe or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with treatments or interventions prescribed or advised by a medical professional.

  • A treatment cannot guarantee any particular outcome of medical or psychological conditions.

  • Any advice given to me is done with the best intention and I am free to accept it or act upon it in any way I choose.

Client information and feedback exchanged during consultation and treatment is treated as confidential by Moonflower Holistics.

Children under the age of 16 years require consent by parent or legal guardian. A separate consent form will be provided upon booking and prior to treatment.

Moonflower Holistics reserves the right to change prices of treatments.
